Some of Design
The design of the manufactured parts are made by me.
 All mechanical components on the steel surface plate were made by me. The Zygo Flatness Interferometer measures optical flatness by means of the apparatus. |  The tilt table apparatus under the optical flats is designed by me. |  The mirror tilt part which is mounted to the microscope lens is designed by me. Also DurAluminium plate which is mounted the granite bridge is made by me. |
