Some of Design
The design of the manufactured parts are made by me.
 All mechanical apparatus on the steel surface plate are made by me. Zygo Flatness Interferometer measures optical flat when put it on the apparatus. |  The tilt table apparatus under the optical flats is designed by me. |  The mirror tilt part which is mounted to the microscope lens is designed by me. Also DurAluminium plate which is mounted the granite bridge is made by me. |
